I've been using godaddy.com for hosting (http://gfasolt.com and http://proentry4.com) and email for quite a long time. Very good up-time, good, knowledgeable, literate, human, tech support. Many hosting options available.

If you're referring to just web hosting / email, I've heard good things about dreamhost.com. Affordable and plenty of features.

Sounds like it'd be a good idea to have your web hosting separate from your ISP anyway.
