One also has to remeber the recent highly publicized Newburgh case where a suspect character employed by the government trolled about the mosques of the northeast in search of some knuckleheads dumb enough to take the bait. Now, we have Homeland Security Director Napolitano raising the old gem of neighborhood Intelligence Operatives.
